Terms and Conditions
We accept payments from all major credit cards, via Paypal or direct bank credit.
Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
New Zealand Tax (GST)
Our website will automatically remove 15% (GST) from all listed price on the website if your order is being shipped outside of New Zealand. If you are sending the order within New Zealand then you have to pay GST so 15% will not be removed.
Postage within NZ – Track and Trace
International Postage – Items will be sent by courier and insured. The customer is responsible for any customs, duty, taxes or charges payable in the country of receipt. If you are unsure if your purchase will be liable for local duty or taxes please check with your Customs Office before you make any purchase.
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are very proud of the high quality of our work, so we are happy to provide a full refund, no questions asked return policy.
If upon receiving your order you are not 100% happy with your carving for any reason at all, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) on return of the carving in original condition within 30 days.
Please ensure that returned goods are packaged well as returns will not be accepted if they are received in a damaged condition.
Purchaser must contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods, by phone, skype or email. The damaged item must be returned at purchasers expense, within 7 days of receiving it.
Original packaging must also be returned as we cannot claim against our insurance without it. We will replace the item, purchaser to pay for shipping of replacement article.
Placing an order for goods from The Jade Studio indicates full acceptance of all terms listed above.
